Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time — see Section 9. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it, and it does not by itself withdraw the licence you granted in your submitted materials under the Terms & Conditions.
6. Publication of Your Entry
Entering the Competition means your entry is intended to be seen publicly. Specifically:
-
We may publish your recipe, photographs, video and story together with your name, stage name, venue, city and country.
-
We may publish this on channels we do not control, including Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms, and on the channels of our authorised distributors and partners.
-
We may continue to publish and reuse this material after the Competition has ended, including in future marketing.
-
We will not publish your email address, telephone number or postal address.
Please be aware of two practical limits. First, once material has been published and shared online, we cannot guarantee its removal from third-party sites, reposts, caches or archives. Second, if you ask us to remove your name or photograph from our own channels we will do so within a reasonable period, but material already printed, distributed or reposted elsewhere may remain in circulation.
If you would prefer your recipe to be published without your photograph, or credited under a stage name only, tell us when you enter and we will respect that.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
-
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — our entry form, file storage and email are provided through Google Workspace, acting as our processor.
-
[Newsletter / email marketing provider — e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo] — for sending marketing communications, acting as our processor.
-
Our website and hosting providers, including Wix, and our analytics providers.
-

8. International Transfers and Retention
Transfers. The Competition is worldwide, so your data will be transferred outside your own country and outside the EEA — for example to Google in the United States, to distributors in their own markets, and to social platforms. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, on adequacy decisions including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and on the equivalent UK and Swiss mechanisms.
