Contest Rules "BIGGER THAN YOURS"

The Organizer of the Contest is Vegg White Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poland, address: Chmielna 73, 00-801, Warsaw, entered into the company register under KRS number 0001066636, NIP 5214042783. The Contest will take place on October 6 - 10 , during the BCB Berlin 2025 event.​

§ 1. Conditions of Participation

  1. Any adult natural person with full legal capacity who is a participant of the Baltic Bar Show 2025 event may be a Contestant.

  2. Each participant may take part in the Contest only once during the event.

  3. The condition for participation in the Contest is:
    a. Following the @vegg_white profile on Instagram.
    b. Providing the Organizer with your Instagram profile name in the provided form for verification and identification purposes.

  4. Participation in the Contest is tantamount to full acceptance of the provisions of these rules.


§ 2. Contest Rules

  1. The Contest is called BIGGER THAN YOURS. The task is to create the highest cocktail foam using a shaker and a VEGG WHITE-based premix.

  2. Each Contestant receives a 100 ml bottle of ready-made VEGG WHITE-based premix from the Organizer.

  3. The Contestant has 40 seconds to prepare the cocktail – from the start to the finish (pouring the cocktail from the shaker into the measuring vessel). Exceeding the allotted time will result in disqualification.

  4. Only a shaker, ice, strainer, fine strainer, and ice scoop provided by the organizer may be used to prepare the cocktail – the spring from the strainer cannot be used separately.

  5. The shaking technique is arbitrary. The key is to stay within the designated time.


§ 3.  Rules for Selecting Winners

  1. The Contest winners will be selected based on the achieved result, i.e., the highest foam obtained from the premix.

  2. The foam height measurement will be taken by an Organizer's representative in a dedicated measuring vessel after the foam naturally separates from the rest of the liquid.

  3. In the event of an identical result achieved by at least two Contestants (a tie), the higher ranking will be decided by the order of entries – the person who achieved their result first wins.

  4. The results will be recorded on an ongoing basis, and the final winners will be announced at the end of the Contest, i.e., on October 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM.

  5. Current Contest results will be published on a publicly available online scoreboard at: www.vegg-white.com/bigger-than-yours.


§ 4. Prizes

  1. A main prize for a contest winner is  Difford's Guide to Cocktails XVIII book signed by Simon Difford​

  2. The prize cannot be exchanged for their monetary equivalent.
     

§ 5. Protection of Personal Data and Image

  1. The Administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer – Vegg White Sp. z o.o.

  2. Personal data in the form of an Instagram profile name is processed for the purpose of identifying the Participant, verifying compliance with the Contest conditions, and publishing results.

  3. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to the publication of their Instagram profile name along with the obtained result on a publicly available online scoreboard, located at www.vegg-white.com/bigger-than-yours.

  4. By participating in the Contest, the Participant grants free and unlimited (in time or territory) consent to:
    a. Recording their image in the form of photos and video materials during participation in the Contest.
    b. Publishing the image on the Organizer's official Instagram profile (@vegg_white) in the form of posts, stories, and reels for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Organizer's activities and in its internal materials.

  5. Providing data and expressing consent to the use of image is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Contest.

 

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. The Contest Rules are available for inspection at the Organizer's website: www.vegg-white.com/bty-tc

  2. Any questions regarding the Contest or these rules should be directed to the e-mail address: info@vegg-white.com.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  4. In matters not regulated by these rules, the final decisions are made by the Organizer.
